Rehoboth Beach in Delaware has a somewhat unusual Labor Day tradition: every year since 1988, a volleyball game draws thousands of spectators who spend the afternoon cheering on two teams of strapping young men dressed in women’s knickers and bikinis battling for glory and bragging rights of being the toughest chicks in town.

Not surprisingly, this year’s theme was Lady Gaga and the game featured “Girls of the Gaga Galaxy” versus the “Trans World Air Atlantic Stewardesses”.

The Stewardesses ended up victorious, but a good time was had by all, especially during the dance intermezzo by the looks of it.
